All rights of admission are reserved.

Tickets are non refundable. Unwanted tickets may be resold, on the condition that the seller notifies Darklight Industries of the details of the new ticket holder.

Entry will be refused if the dress code is not adhered to or if guests are under 18.

Contact details of all ticket purchasers will be retained in a database by Darklight Industries for the purpose of tracking ticket sales. We will not share this information with anyone outside our organisation - although from time to time we may send out a newsletter with information relating to the Dark Fantasy Ball, as well as any other events hosted by Darklight Industries. If you wish to be removed from this mailing list, please let us know in writing to info@darklightindustries.co.uk.

Darklight Industries reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time.
